These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dent Evo website at dentevo.com and any services, estimate requests, or communications you initiate with us. By using our website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Dent Evo provides paintless dent repair (PDR) services in Upland, California and the surrounding Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley areas. Submitting an estimate request through our website does not constitute a binding service agreement. A service agreement is formed only when a repair appointment is confirmed and accepted by both parties.

2. Estimate Requests

When you submit photos and vehicle information through our website, you authorize Dent Evo to review that information and contact you with an estimate. Estimates provided remotely via photo are good-faith approximations. Final pricing may be adjusted upon in-person inspection of the vehicle if the actual damage differs materially from what was visible in photos.

3. SMS & Text Message Consent

Program Description

Dent Evo operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers about paintless dent repair estimates and services. Messages are transactional and service-related. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages or share your number with third parties for promotional purposes.

Consent to Receive SMS

By checking the consent box on our estimate form or otherwise providing your mobile number and opting in, you expressly agree to receive text messages from Dent Evo at the number provided. Messages may include:

• Estimate results and follow-up questions
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Repair status and completion notifications
• Post-repair satisfaction follow-up
• Responses to messages you send us

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 1–5 messages per service interaction. We do not send bulk promotional blasts.

Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Dent Evo does not charge for SMS messages.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at (909) 921-1653.

Consent Not Required for Service

Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchasing or receiving any service from Dent Evo.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Voice & Phone Call Consent

By providing your phone number through our website or estimate form, you consent to receive telephone calls from Dent Evo at that number. Calls may be made using automated dialing equipment or may include pre-recorded messages related to your estimate or service. You may withdraw this consent at any time by notifying us during a call or in writing.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Dent Evo stands behind the quality of every repair. If you are not fully satisfied with the result of a completed repair, contact us before leaving the shop and we will work to resolve the issue at no additional charge. Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the specific repair performed and does not extend to pre-existing damage, paint issues not caused by Dent Evo, or damage occurring after the repair is complete.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dent Evo’s liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on dentevo.com, including text, photos, logos, and design, is the property of Dent Evo and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
